Minerve, consisting of Daniel Wollatz and Mathias Thürk, are definitely a newcomer-sensation onto a new level of music. After releasing their first album "Breathing avenue" in 2004 they captured the hearts of those, who not only listen to electronic sounds. TRANSTIC NERVE was founded in 1995 in the town of Himeji, with the starting lineup of Taka on vocals, Masato and Tao on guitars, Ryo on bass and Masaki on drums. Their first album, Transonic Vision", was released in August of 1997, and the band also took part in The End of The Century Rock IV omnibus around this time as well. Coming out of the late eighties garage-rock revival scene of New York City, The Optic Nerve are something of a wonderful enigma.
